1. Service Provider

2. Service Description

LaunchPaid is a production-ready Next.js boilerplate with a built-in intelligence layer for Claude Code. It ships pre-configured code, documentation, and AI context so developers can skip the setup phase and start building features immediately.

3. Account Terms

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• One account per person. Shared accounts are not permitted.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use this service.

4. Payment Terms

• Prices are listed in EUR. All applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• For subscription plans, billing is recurring (monthly or yearly as selected). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.
• We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice via email. Existing subscriptions continue at their current price until renewal.

5. Refund Policy

No refunds are issued for partial billing periods. You may cancel at any time and your access continues until the end of the paid period. For details, see our Refund Policy.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU)

As a consumer in the European Union, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. However, by purchasing LaunchPaid, you explicitly consent to the immediate provision of digital services and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once the digital content has been accessed or downloaded.

7. Intellectual Property

• The LaunchPaid service, including its code, documentation, design, and intelligence layer, is owned by SisleLabs LLC.
• Upon purchase, you receive a license to use the boilerplate code in your own projects, as described in the license included with the product.
• Content you create using LaunchPaid remains your property. You grant us a limited license to use your content solely for operating the service.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service. This includes but is not limited to: reverse engineering, reselling, scraping, using the service for illegal activity, or attempting to overload our systems. See our Acceptable Use Policy for full details.

9. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SisleLabs LLC's total liability for any claims arising from or related to this service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

• You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms.
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., invoices retained for 10 years per Bulgarian tax law).

11. Dispute Resolution

For EU customers: These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Bulgaria. You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

For US customers: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration. You waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days in advance via the email address associated with your account. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
