Refund Policy

We're sorry for the inconvenience this may cause, and we want to be upfront about how refunds work on LaunchPaid. Please read the following carefully before completing your purchase.

No Refunds on One-Time Purchases

• LaunchPaid is sold as a one-time payment for instant, full access to the boilerplate source code and the accompanying intelligence layer. All sales are final and non-refundable.
• The reason is simple and we want to be honest about it: the moment you receive access, the entire codebase can be cloned, downloaded, or copy-pasted in seconds. Once that happens, the product cannot meaningfully be “returned.” Issuing refunds after delivery would be unfair to customers who pay and keep the code, and unsustainable for us as a small team.
• By completing checkout, you expressly acknowledge that the digital content is delivered immediately, that you waive your statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m)) for digital content supplied without a tangible medium, and that no refund will be issued once access has been granted.

Exceptional Cases

If you were charged in error (e.g., a duplicate transaction, or you were billed but never actually received access to the boilerplate), contact us at support@launchpaid.com with your purchase details and we will investigate and make it right.

Chargebacks

Before filing a chargeback with your bank, please contact us first at support@launchpaid.com. We are happy to resolve genuine billing issues directly and can typically do so faster than the chargeback process.
