Refund Policy

Subscriptions

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe Customer Portal.
  • Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
  • If you cancel before the end of a free trial, you will not be charged.

One-Time Purchases

  • One-time purchases are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the product has not been substantially used (e.g., the repository has not been cloned or downloaded).
  • Once the digital content has been accessed, your right of withdrawal is waived, as acknowledged at checkout.

How to Request a Refund

  • Email us at support@launchpaid.com with your purchase details.
  • Alternatively, manage your subscription through the Stripe Customer Portal accessible from your account settings.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will appear on your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Chargebacks

Before filing a chargeback with your bank, please contact us first at support@launchpaid.com. We are happy to resolve any billing issues directly and can typically do so faster than the chargeback process.
