This policy applies to all users of LaunchPaid, operated by SisleLabs LLC. By using the service, you agree to comply with these rules.

Prohibited Activities

You may not use LaunchPaid to:

• Illegal activity— violate any applicable law or regulation, or facilitate illegal activity by others.
• Abuse or overloading— send spam, launch denial-of-service attacks, or otherwise attempt to overload, disrupt, or degrade our systems.
• Reverse engineering— decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer any part of the service beyond what is permitted by applicable law.
• Scraping— use automated means to extract data from the service for purposes other than your own authorized use.
• Reselling— resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service or access to it without prior written permission.
• Impersonation— misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organization.
• Malware— upload, transmit, or distribute viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.
• Violating others' rights— infringe on the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of third parties.

Consequences

Violations of this policy may result in:

1. Warning— we will notify you of the violation and request that you stop the prohibited activity.
2. Suspension— temporary suspension of your account pending investigation or resolution.
3. Termination— permanent termination of your account, with or without a refund at our discretion.

We reserve the right to take immediate action without prior warning in cases of severe violations that threaten the security or availability of the service.
